In this session, we’ll explore simple, powerful movement “snacks” you can do in just 2–3 minutes to release tension, boost energy, and reconnect with your body. Perfect for busy days, long hours at a desk, or moments when you just need a quick reset. These bite-sized practices may be short, but their impact can be lasting!

Doug Stringham earned his undergraduate degree in social behavioral sciences and a masters in athletic training from SHU. While in grad school, he worked with high schools and D1 colleges, and later served as the Director of Athletic Training for a neurological location in an outpatient multidisciplinary clinic. He now works in the industrial setting promoting better health and wellness through proper ergonomics. Doug also collaborates with friends and co-workers to spread positive education on total health.
