Each city will follow the same flow of events but will have a different arrangement of speakers and staff. Below is a timeline that can help your family plan for travel and attendance. Some details are subject to change. You will receive an agenda for your meeting with additional venue, meal and kids trip info closer to your event date.

08:00 am - 9:00 am, Registration & Breakfast
09:00 am- 12:15 pm, Morning Sessions
12:15 pm - 01:15 pm, Lunch
01:15 pm - 06:00 pm, Afternoon Sessions
06:00 pm - 07:30 pm, Dinner
Saturday: Childcare and Kids Trip
Childcare Room will be open during program hours.
Optional Kids Trip will depart right after breakfast and return before lunch.
