2025 Meetings on the Road
We want to express our deepest gratitude to our sponsor for making Meetings on the Road possible! Your generous support ensures the success of these events and helps bring our community together.
To help us prepare, please register at least five days before the event. This will allow us to arrange child care, a bus for the kids’ trip, and meals. Childcare will be available during all program hours. For those interested, the optional kids' trip will depart right after breakfast and return before lunch. Each city offers a fun excursion, such as visits to aquariums, museums, or adventure parks.
Best of all, these meetings are free for members. We also offer gas and toll reimbursements to make your travel easier. If you're driving more than two hours, you can even apply for a hotel stay to help make the trip more manageable. Our goal is to ensure everyone has the opportunity to attend these special events.
What to Expect
Each city will follow a similar event structure, though the arrangement of speakers and staff may vary. Below is a general timeline to help you plan your family’s travel and attendance. Please note that some details are subject to change. All registered attendees will receive a personalized agenda closer to the event date, including additional information on the venue, meals, and kids’ trip. Times are listed in the local time zone of your selected city.

10:00 - 1:00 pm, Morning Sessions

6:30 - 7:30 pm, Dinner with Family Activity
Saturday: Childcare and Kids Trip
Childcare Room will be open during program hours.

Exhibitor Registration
Each meeting will feature an intimate exhibit hall to explore during meals and breaks. Connecting with our industry supporters is a fantastic opportunity to learn about available treatments and services, ask questions and gather valuable resources in a relaxed and friendly environment. It’s our way of ensuring you have access to the information and support you need at your doorstep.
