Dr. Charli Austin Kennedy is a behavioral health professional and licensed professional counselor (NCC, LPC-MHSPS, LCMHCS) with expertise in emotional wellness, mindfulness, and reflective practice. A trained Mindful Sports and Performance Instructor, she has delivered wellness-focused trainings at local, state, and national conferences since 2013. Dr. Kennedy holds a Ph.D. in Education with a concentration in Educational Psychology.

Spring Into Wellness is an 8-week virtual series designed to help you feel more grounded, refreshed, and in control through simple, guided practices you can use in everyday life.

This program also includes daily practices to support your routine, helping you stay connected, build consistency, and create small, meaningful shifts in how you feel day to day.

Each 30-minute session focuses on a different aspect of wellness, movement, breath, reflection, and rest, creating a balanced experience for your mind and body.

This program is designed for all levels. You can participate at your own pace, modify as needed, and take what works best for you.
