Jamal Hutchinson is an educator, community development specialist, and devoted yogi based in Nashville, TN. Since beginning his yoga journey in 2013 and completing his teacher training with Kali Yuga Yoga in 2014, yoga has been a transformative force in his life, making him a better man, father, and guide for others. With a holistic approach to mind, body, and spirit, Jamal is passionate about empowering individuals to tap into their full potential through intentional, mindful practice.

Spring Into Wellness is an 8-week virtual series designed to help you feel more grounded, refreshed, and in control through simple, guided practices you can use in everyday life.

This program also includes daily practices to support your routine, helping you stay connected, build consistency, and create small, meaningful shifts in how you feel day to day.

Each 30-minute session focuses on a different aspect of wellness, movement, breath, reflection, and rest, creating a balanced experience for your mind and body.

This program is designed for all levels. You can participate at your own pace, modify as needed, and take what works best for you.
