Strength in Connection - 50 and Over Virtual Series

Balancing after 50: Fall Prevention

As individuals age, the frequency of falls tends to increase. However, with the right exercise and balance training, falls can be prevented. Mike will guide us through a series of exercises designed to strengthen the hips and balance system, which can be easily incorporated into routines at home. By focusing on specific exercises tailored to the needs of individuals over 50 with hemophilia B, attendees will gain valuable insights into maintaining stability and preventing falls. Mike's expertise and practical approach will empower participants to proactively address their balance concerns and enhance their overall quality of life.
