This is your opportunity to escape the norms of the everyday, and pursue a challenge that will change the face of leadership in the hemophilia B community. The Generation IX Leadership Project is a call to action for young adults that live with hemophilia B who want to put their skills to the test in an immersive leadership program. You will travel to a temperate rainforest in Oregon.

There, you will meet your Instructor Team, a group of leadership and teambuilding professionals with years of experience in the outdoor education field and the bleeding disorders community. They will guide you through several days of experiential training in interpersonal skill development, finding your personal leadership style, and group dynamics as you learn and live with a group of other motivated young adults. The Instructor Team will help guide the process as you get to immediately practice skills you are learning in real time.

As emerging and developing leaders, you will be making connections and exploring with other peers directly affected with hemophilia B, what it is you want to see happen in your lifetime for the bleeding disorders community.

The importance of your potential impact cannot be overstated. Only you can decide what that impact will be.
