Living B: The Men’s Collective
a space built for men living with hemophilia B and dads raising the next generation.

Each Living B Men's Rap Session will begin with a Conversation Guide who will help introduce the topic and share insights for approximately 30 minutes. The focus of the program is not a presentation, but a supportive conversation where men can share experiences, ask questions, learn from one another, and build meaningful connections.

Whether you're looking to improve your overall wellness or simply start paying closer attention to your health, this session offers encouragement, insight, and actionable tools for every stage of life.

Seth Miller is a transformational speaker, coach, author, and retired United States Air Force veteran with more than 21 years of military service and over a decade of experience helping individuals and organizations achieve lasting growth. A native of Detroit, Michigan, Seth is passionate about equipping people with the tools, mindset, and resilience needed to navigate challenges and lead with confidence.

As a certified John Maxwell trainer and coach, Seth has facilitated workshops for corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, nonprofit professionals, and service members, focusing on emotional intelligence, communication, conflict resolution, and resilient leadership. He is the creator of the Paradigm Shift framework, which helps individuals transform obstacles into opportunities for growth. Seth is also the author of The Black Collar Mindset, Your Deck of Success, and Your Power is in the Hustle. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources from Park University and is dedicated to helping others redefine their potential and thrive in every area of life.
