Sonia Cobos is a clinical counselor specializing in emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, and addiction recovery. Trained in CBT, DBT, and ACT, she facilitates engaging workshops that support resilience, connection, and personal growth. She holds a medical degree from UABC and a Master’s in Addictions and Rehabilitation Counseling from St. Cloud State University.

Spring Into Wellness is an 8-week virtual series designed to help you feel more grounded, refreshed, and in control through simple, guided practices you can use in everyday life.

This program also includes daily practices to support your routine, helping you stay connected, build consistency, and create small, meaningful shifts in how you feel day to day.

Each 30-minute session focuses on a different aspect of wellness, movement, breath, reflection, and rest, creating a balanced experience for your mind and body.

This program is designed for all levels. You can participate at your own pace, modify as needed, and take what works best for you.
